Beginning April 19, 2011, Theatre on San Pedro Square will be available for rent to private, for-profit and non-profit organizations throughout the year, depending on availability. Non-profit groups are eligible for reduced rates. Please contact Cathy Cassetta for reservation & rate information. POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR TOSPS GUEST USE

Funding for non-profit use of Theatre on San Pedro Square (TOSPS) comes from both San Jose Redevelopment Agency (RDA) and The Tabard Theatre Company. Tabard, as the resident and managing theatre company of TOSPS, is the sole authority for assigning and confirming dates for non-profit arts organizations to use this venue for their events and performances. TOSPS RESERVATION CHECKLIST

The following documents are required in order to secure a reservation for Theatre on San Pedro Square:

• Facility Use Application
• Security Deposit
• Non-profit 501 (c) Documentation
• Certificate of Insurance

Before moving into the theatre, there are two additional documents that need to be submitted. The Technical Rider contains detailed information about the theatre to help you prepare for your event. We recommend that you read and complete this form when submitting the four items above.
