We are very excited to announce a brand new, re-imagined “Celebrate Life” Season for 2020-21. One that will embrace the unforeseeable nature of the coming year, while still remaining emphatically— and enthusiastically— Tabard.
2020-21 “All-Access” Subscriptions will gain you access to everything Tabard Theatre Company produces this season— whether that continues to be high-quality, multi-camera live-streams like we premiered with Looking Over The President’s Shoulder, or in-person shows if that once again becomes possible.
What will you get with this All-Access pass?
The core of our season is our six Mainstage plays. Rights are still being finalized for these titles, but you will find five of them described below. Additionally, we will also be increasing the number of non-mainstage offerings produced by Tabard: this will include a special Halloween presentation of H.G. Wells’ infamous radio play War of the Worlds, Top of the Stairs shows, and new works readings. We are also working to bring our audiences more plays written by women and people of color. These new offerings will be announced as they are added to the schedule, and as an All-Access subscriber you will be able to see these theatrical shows at no additional cost.
All-Access subscribers are also eligible for discounted access or admission to the wonderful music concerts presented by Tabard during the season. Beyond the theatrical productions offered at Tabard, we partner with many bands and musicians to bring concerts to our venue throughout the year. We will continue to make these types of concerts available in the livestream format and subscribers will be able to access this content at a substantial discount from the single ticket price. Discounts will vary depending on the artist.
Six Play Mainstage Subscription
If the All-Access pass seems like too much for you, we are still offering our Mainstage Subscription, which includes access or admission to all six of our Mainstage shows. Mainstage subscribers will also be eligible for discounts on the other content Tabard produces this season, so this is still a great way to support Tabard and save considerably over single-ticket pricing.
We are very excited about our new season, and this new subscription model, and we look forward to embarking on this journey with you into our 20th Anniversary Season as we celebrate community, celebrate diversity, celebrate storytelling and… “Celebrate Life.”
